Click And Collect

Minimum order for Click and Collect is $30. 

Click and Collect in store (155 Victoria St, Melbourne 3000) during store opening hours (Tuesdays, Thursdays - Sundays). 

90% of Click and Collect orders are ready for pick up the next day. Otherwise all orders are ready within 2 business days.

You will receive an email notification when the order is ready for collection (normally 1-2 days).

Please try to collect your order within 3 days due to the nature of living stock (perishable). If your order is not collected 7 calendar days after purchase (unless negotiated prior) it will be cancelled and refunded, less 10% admin fee and any applicable payment processing fees. 

Home Delivery To Melbourne Metro

Minimum order for Home delivery is $30. Our delivery radius is up to 30km driving distance from Melbourne CBD.

Base rate is $14.99 for the first 5km from our shop. Any additional km will be charged $1. 

80% of our online orders are delivered within 2 days. Other than that all orders are delivered within 5 business days.

If incorrect information is provided and leads to a failed delivery, a re-delivery fee will be charged. In the case where the client wants to cancel the order after the failed delivery, the client will only receive a refund of the order, after subtracting the delivery charge penalty. This delivery fee penalty is calculated as per our standard fee, regardless of whether the original order is above $150 or not.

Xmas 2023 delivery cutoff: orders placed after 10am Thursday 21 Dec will be delivered after Xmas.    

Courier Shipping To The Rest Of Australia

We currently do not ship our products to anywhere outside of Melbourne metro areas. If you would like to buy indoor plants outside of the Melbourne metro area, please get in contact with us.
