Prefer bright indirect light. Can tolerate periods of low light but the plant will lose shape and fade the colour. Avoid cold positions, also keep the plant away from direct airflows from heaters and air-cons.

Make sure the top 50% of the pot has dried out before watering again.
Feeding
Diluted liquid fertilizers are recommended during spring and summer.
Repotting
When the plant is young, repot each year in spring once the root has become pot bound, then once every 3 years when the plant has matured.
